At XL Driving Tuition, we offer an initial assessment lesson before recommending the best course to suit your individual needs whether that be a fully intensive or a semi-intensive driving course.

This assessment helps us to establish:

• Your current driving ability

• How quickly you can learn

We will decide how many hours of driving tuition you will need based on the assessments, and design a course for you, helping you become a confident driver as soon as possible.
 

Here's a brief outlining of our lessons. Please have a look:
 

Intensive driving lessons will be held on consecutive, pre-arranged days usually in one week.

Semi-intensive courses, whether over two weeks or two months, suit pupils who want to pass soon but feel that doing all the hours in one week doesn't suit them.
 

We will conduct frequent assessments throughout the course, and you will receive one-to-one driving lessons with the same driving instructor in the car you will take your test in.
 

Near the end of your course, you will be offered a realistic mock test with another XL Driving Tuition instructor on an actual driving test route to give you the best insight as possible for test day.

The 5 steps of a successful intensive course.

1. Call us to discuss the many options available and what date you’d ideally like to pass by.

2. Book your assessment lesson.  This will enable us to see your existing ability, observe how quickly you pick up new driving skills and from that we can predict how many hours you’ll need to make the course individually for you.

3. Pass the theory test: If you haven’t already passed your theory test, we highly recommend you do so as soon as possible.

4. Book the practical test: we all, ideally, want your practical test to take place at the end of your intensive course. We can’t book your practical test until you’ve passed your theory test. At XL Driving Tuition we have a proven track record at being able to book practical tests sooner than most driving schools.
