What is a Pass Plus course?
PASS PLUS is an extra driving qualification designed for new drivers. It not only improves your existing driving skills and knowledge, but it could also enable you to get discounts on your car insurance.
A PASS PLUS course is made of 6 practical modules, each designed to build your confidence in different driving conditions and circumstances. All modules are assessed during a 6-hour session. There is no test at the end of these modules. All you need to do is to successfully complete all the 6 modules to a required standard. A PASS PLUS course will not only enhance your driving skills and safety but it could help you get a cheaper car insurance. Once you successfully complete your PASS PLUS course you could qualify for a discount in your insurance premium.

Refresher and Pass Plus refresher will be £40 an hour. Pass Plus will be £200.

Modules of a Pass Plus course
Module 1: Town Driving
This is an introductory module to Pass Plus, where we explain to you the driving course's objectives. The second part of this module is a practical session, where we teach you how to drive in towns, such as complex junctions and public transport roads.
Module 4: night driving
This Pass Plus module covers the essential aspects of driving at night, dawn and dusk.
Module 2: All-weather driving
This module will help you focus on maintaining the correct speed, safe stopping distances, together with seeing and being seen in different weather conditions.
Module 5: Driving on dual carriageways
Dual carriageways are high speed, multi-lane roads, and the drivers need particular skills to drive safely on these roads. This module has been designed to teach you how to drive on dual carriageways.
Module 3: Driving out of town
The practical lessons of this module are conducted on country roads, helping you to learn the main differences between town driving and country driving.
Module 6: Driving on motorways
This module is a practical session. As there is no motorway nearby, we will take you to a motorway in the surrounding towns or cities to gain the necessary experience.
